Growing up in the oldest Blues bar in Chicago, Sam developed a deep passion for the hospitality and spirit industry. With over 15 years of experience in hospitality management and bartending, Sam has successfully with a broad range of high-volume venues that include well known groups like Phil Stefani Signature group, Happy Hospitality, Third Coast Hospitality.  Sam combines extensive beverage knowledge with a commitment to quality, making every bar a destination for connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike.
